This is a rather short article to simply address and make available a Form that has not yet made its way to the Landlord and Tenant Board website. Tenant representatives and Landlord representatives should know or will soon learn that if they attempt to file more than three applications that the Board will not process the applications without a LTB BULK APPLICATION INFORMATION SHEET. The process, as I understand it, is that if you attempt to file more than three applications (without the sheet) that the Landlord and Tenant Board will contact you and request the bulk filing sheet. If you do not provide the sheet within a few days, the Landlord and Tenant Board will refuse to issue the applications and simply return them to you.Thursday 28 April 2016
